Flexible working can improve employees' sense of wellbeing and job satisfaction but it is important to be realistic and recognise it cannot solve these issues on its own.  More importantly, under the wrong conditions, greater flexibility can make experiences of work worse.  How do you ensure flexible working delivers on its promise?
